The horn antenna has a distinctive design that is enlarged towards the end. 高雄一名男子（阿君化名）去年跑到一家超商消費，阿君發現店內陳列茶葉蛋的電鍋中滷汁快乾了，隨手拿起自己的杯子裝水後倒入鍋中；店員發現阿君的行為隨即制止，並將整鍋價值新台幣600元的茶葉蛋報廢。但超商老闆認為商譽受損，對阿君提告求償新台幣100萬零600元，法院最終判決出爐。
判決書指出，阿君於5月8日下午1時許，前往愛河附近一家超商購物。阿君發現店家茶葉蛋鍋中的滷汁快沒了，順手拿起自己的馬克杯，從一旁超商提供的熱水器中加裝熱水，並倒入茶葉蛋鍋中。
當班店長發現阿君的舉動立即上前制止，店長因為不確定阿君的馬克杯到底乾不乾淨，加上時值本土新冠肺炎疫情持續嚴峻，店長只好把鍋中價值新台幣600元的60顆茶葉蛋通通報廢。
但店家認為，阿君的行為不僅涉嫌《毀損罪》，還可能會讓消費者往後都對茶葉蛋的食安問題有疑慮。店家自覺商譽受損，向阿君提告求償新台幣100萬元商譽損失，以及整鍋茶葉蛋600元的損失，共求償新台幣100萬零600元。
案件經高雄地院法官審理，案發時當班店長有當場制止阿君，並隨即將全數茶葉蛋報廢，當時也有其他消費者在場。法官認為，當班店長處置得宜，消費者並不會對茶葉蛋產生食安疑慮，因此阿君的行為沒有造成店家商譽受損。
最終，法官判決，阿君僅需賠償店家60顆茶葉蛋、600元的損失。可上訴。
