高雄市一名駕駛計程車的張姓司機，因提醒乘客要戴口罩，結果引起3名乘客不滿，不但在車內咆哮，甚至還動手爆發肢體衝突，張姓司機遂將車停在路邊，拿出辣椒水噴灑，並報警處理；警方到場後，酒客仍情緒激動怒嗆，當場被員警上銬逮捕。

這起糾紛起於計程車內，雙方一路從車內吵到車外，3名酒客於15日0時許，於旗楠路上搭上計程車，但其中林男（65歲）未戴口罩，被駕駛張男勸導；張男話一出，立刻引起乘客不滿，其中陳男不斷咆哮，未戴口罩的林男還動手推肩，雙方就在車內爆發衝突。

眼看3名酒客酒意未退、情緒激動，張男擔心自身安全便將車停路旁，下車持辣椒水潮林男噴灑，同時報警處理。警方出動快打部隊到場，將陳男、林男、楊男3名乘客，及張姓司機等4人帶回派出所調查，乘客未戴口罩部分，由本分局函請主管機關處理，並將林姓男子依社會秩序維護法移送裁處。
