台鐵轉轍器故障 關山=池上列車延誤

台鐵今（20）日表示，因轉轍器故障影響，關山-池山間行車中斷，南下北上列車延誤，預計中午12時搶通。據悉，轉轍器故障的原因，竟是一列電力維修車在海端站冒進號誌闖紅燈出包導致。台鐵稍早更新，自10時17分起，關山=池上間路線已恢復正常行駛。

台鐵今日9時59分公告，受運轉保安裝置故障影響，台鐵自即時起，關山=池上間南下、北上列車有延誤情形，預計中午12時搶通。

受影響車站：關山、海端、池上

據《ETtoday》報導，台鐵轉轍器故障，竟是人力疏失，一列電力維修車在上午9時19分在海端站冒進號誌闖紅燈，擠壞轉轍器，並繼續開行到池上站，目前關山=池上肩路線暫時不通，台鐵已派員查修。

由於海端到池上間為單線區間，該列北上電力維修車理應在海端站待避等待池上站的區間車南下，未料電力維修車卻「闖紅燈」冒進，擠壞轉轍器，所幸轉轍器故障，號誌無法顯示放行，區間車仍在池上尚未南下，才未釀成對撞意外。

對此，台鐵說明，該案正由運安處調查中，若涉及人為疏失，將會檢討懲處。
