健身器材廠岱宇 (1598-TW) 看好歐美地區自行車產業快速發展，再次啟動併購，拿下電動輔助自行車 (E-Bike) 代工廠巨琛 7 成股權，公司預期，本月開始就有營收貢獻，第四季挹注 2 億多元，明年可望再放大。
巨琛月產能約 2000-3000 台，已拿下歐洲、美國客戶訂單，訂單排至 2024 年，不過面臨供應鏈尚未完全恢復、原物料價格仍高，加上巨琛資金不足，難滿足客戶訂單，導致供貨不順。
岱宇與巨琛也開始展開策略合作，由岱宇提供資金。岱宇表示，入股巨琛後會先滿足急單，期望每月貢獻營收近 1 億元，估第四季電動輔助自行車營收比重僅 5-6%，明年會攀升至雙位數。
展望後市，岱宇指出，終端庫存壓力已減緩，9 月底開始感受到旺季拉貨力道、原本規劃明年上市的新品，提前至今年推出，看好第四季營收有望優於第三季的 13.88 億元。明年則在電動輔助自行車代工挹注下，營運將一進步走揚。
